Code of EthicsCreative Consulting Group has adopted a Code of Ethics in conjunction with the American Consultants League. During the spring of 2005, our Chief Executive Consultant, Joseph Hill, as a Professional Consultant, became a Member of the American Consultants League.
2. CCG Consultants will always make every attempt to identify the client’s real problems. 3. CCG Consultants will always clearly specify their role in the client’s project. 4. CCG Consultants will adapt to the individuality of their client’s problems. 5. CCG Consultants recommendations will be feasible. 6. CCG Consultants will at all times avoid any conflict of interest. 7. CCG Consultants will never fail to perform their services to the best of their abilities. 8. CCG Consultants will never deceive their client. 9. CCG Consultants will never be negligent. 10. CCG Consultants will always inform their client of the known risks of any undertaking. 11. CCG Consultants will always inform their client of their basic approach to his/her problem. 12. The matter of the CCG Consultants’ fee will always be presented forthrightly so that their client will always know what his/her money will buy. 13. CCG Consultants will maintain total confidentiality with regard to their client’s business and personal affairs. 14. CCG Consultants will always work to the best of their ability to insure the quick success of their client’s project. 15. Charges for expenses over and above the CCG Consultants regular Service Fee will always be fair and accurate. 16. CCG Consultants will always straightforwardly inform their client if the Consultant would receive a fee or commission from others for recommending any services, program, equipment, or supplies to their client. 17. Each Associate & Executive Consultant of CCG shall follow these Ethics, derived from the American Consultants League, regarding all of their activities in representing CCG.
